SOS hosted a Valentine's Vegan Bake Sale Fund-Raiser on Tuesday (2/10) and Thursday (2/12).  We have been selling vegan treats to raise money and let our fellow students know just how delicious they are!  We use fresh fruits, whole grains, natural sweeteners, nonhydrogenated oils and organic ingredients whenever possible. Prices of the baked goods vary, but typically fall within the $1-2 range.  Common items include vegan cupcakes, brownies and maple oatmeal cookies.  All items are made from scratch daily.  The weekly bake sales have been temporarily put on hold in preparation for bigger and better projects (think "Eco-Café")...  we'll keep you posted!
